This 14-inch fry pans non-stick coating is 250-percent more durable than other fry pans. Constructed from heavy-duty impact resistant 3004 aluminum and fitted with the EverTite riveting system, the fry pan is more than capable of handling whatever you can dish out and if you have been burned literally by other fry pans, the handle of this pan is outfitted with a new handle that reduces stress and fatigue and also reduces heat transfer from pan to handle meaning no more scorched palms. This fry pan is dual-layer ceramic-reinforced coating with silicone handles is excellent for commercial kitchens. Metal thickness is 6-gauge. Available with silicone or chrome-plated steel handle. Top diameter is 14-inch and bottom diameter is 10-7⁄8-inch. Measures 2-3⁄4-inch height.
